Our Journey
This year marks our 20th anniversary in the wine industry, providing an opportune moment to reflect on our history. We began as a specialist wine company, later expanding our offering to include premium spirits. From the outset, our range was warmly received by bars restaurants and hotels throughout Ireland, enabling us to swiftly establish a robust presence in the Irish wine market.
Strong Partnerships
Our enduring relationships with wineries have been a cornerstone of our journey. Many of our original partners continue to work closely with us, and our network has grown to include more than 40 family-owned wineries. We highly value these ongoing partnerships and the mutual trust built over the years.
Market Reach and Innovation
In the last six years, we have focused on developing a wine selection that appeals to all market segments, including bars, hotels, restaurants, wine specialists, and Ireland’s top five-star hotel resorts. The past two years have seen the expansion of our organic, vegan, and biodynamic wine ranges. Sourcing from niche wine growers with a strong commitment to sustainability remains a core priority.
Recent Milestones
In 2025, we celebrated the acquisition of the Ampersand Wine Portfolio and welcomed Paul Raftery as Head of Wine. This strategic move enabled us to enter the Off Trade and Multiple channel, establishing an award-winning Off Trade offering recognised as best in class.
