Shiraz
Full bodied, oak matured red wine. The generous Shiraz has an upfront palate of spices, plum and berry, rounded off with a toffee and pepper finish.
Chardonnay
Lightly wooded Chardonnay aromas and flavours of green apple and lime. Crisp apple and complex mineral tones presented in a pleasantly lingering finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot
A velvety, smooth blend with good depth of colour. Well rounded with a concentration of dark fruit flavours leading into a full, ripe finish.
Sauvignon Blanc
A crisp Sauvignon Blanc with layers of tropical fruit and gooseberry combining well with hints of cut grass. A zesty fruity acidity follows through on a long attractive finish.
