Jaffelin
French Wine: Burgundy
Jaffelin’s deep medieval cellars, known as the ‘chapire’ cellars, with their crypt shaped, church-inspired architecture, have a cool, damp atmosphere which is particularly well suited to the elevage of asks and bottles of Burgundy wine… but also to the tasting of that wine.
Jaffelin Consistentley builds and maintains the personality of the wine while retaining the different individual characteristics of each region and its special uniqeness.
