The colour is bright ruby red verging on garnet red when aged. The wine has a generous bouquet with a fruity floral flavour with hints of morello cherry and violet and a dry, well balanced flavour. This wine is a particularly suitable accompaniment to roasts, grilled meat and hearty soups.

Colour is bright ruby red verging on garnet red when aged. The wine has a generous bouquet with a fruity, well balanced dry flavour with hints of red berries and soft tannins. When aged this wine acquires a soft, velvety texture.
