Merlot
Medium red in colour with a vibrant purple edge. On the nose, the wine is bursting with red berry fruit aromas – raspberry & redcurrant with spicy oak aromas. A medium bodied wine with soft tannins. The wine has red berry fruit flavours and a hint of mint and cassis. The oak flavours are subtle. Perfect as an accompaniment to marinated and/or barbequed meats.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Medium to deep red in colour with a purple edge. On the nose, the wine displays cassis/ blackcurrant aromas with a touch of smoky oak. A medium bodied wine with rich cassis flavours, velvety tannins and a chocolate persistence.
Chardonnay
Medium yellow in colour with a green tinge. Ripe tropical fruits on the nose with hints of pineapple, mango and peach underlain by a touch of toasty oak. On the palate, the wine displays peach and pineapple with a nutty finish. This is a medium bodied wine to be enjoyed with food or as an aperitif.
Sauvignon Blanc
Light yellow with a distinct green tinge. On the nose, the wine presents aromas of passion fruit and fresh fruit salad. On the palate, this medium bodied wine has distinct lime flavours with a passionfruit and pineapple persistence. The ideal summer aperitif or to accompany fish.
