Our Philosophy
Dalcassian Wines and Spirits group may be the brightest young player in Ireland’s changing wine trade, but that youthfulness is equalled by our respect for tradition. The name Dalcassian is inspired by one of Irelands oldest tribes, the Dal Cais clan, and while we don’t pretend to be legendary warriors, we do share their pride and ambition in seeking the best for our people, and then providing it.
