Les Domaines Paul Mas is a group of four family estates covering 250 acres of vineyard on the hills bordering the Herault Valley in languedoc in the south of France. The story of Paul Mas wines started in 1892.

Sauvignon Blanc
The colour is very bright gold with green tints. The nose is complex with litchies, gooseberry and herbaceous aromas with some slightly smoky notes. The mouth is fruity with a good acidity and balance that give rich mouth feel and a good length.
Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot
The colour is deep purple garnet red with ruby and garnet red tints. The nose is elegant and complex with a quintessence of black berries, truffles, mocha and jammy aromas finishing on spicy vanilla notes. The palate is well balanced and rich with smooth tannins. Long finish on plum notes.
